At J.P. Cooke Company we take pride in our service and fast turnaround time. Generally, most custom products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Stock products are generally shipped out same day. After an order is placed, within 15-30 minutes we will begin to start production on your order.
Free shipping on all web orders over $59.00 will ship USPS First Class Mail. Due to weight or size of some items, we may ship UPS for certain orders.
We ship via UPS and the Post Office. We offer you the choice on which way you want to ship. Depending on product weight and size, we may sometimes have to ship via a specific carrier. If this happens, we will still honor the price on shipping that was selected during checkout.

Our "Next Day Stamps" will ship out USPS First Class Mail unless an expedited shipping option is selected. If a Next Day Stamp is ordered on Friday and delivery is required on Saturday, UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery must be selected.
